Worldwide standards for revenue assurance pros

Telecommunications expert Rob Mattison founded the nonprofit Global Revenue Assurance Professionals Association (GRAPA) to crowdsource industry standards and practices with professionals all over the world. GRAPA hired Jade to kickoff the Consensus GRAPA membership newsletter, and promote online resources and regional revenue assurance training. Jade helped the GRAPA leadership team leverage the Consensus, targeted emails, and other web content to spotlight members, generate excitement, and grow the international GRAPA community.
